Cancellation policy

The item can be cancelled free of charge, provided it has not already been shipped to the customer.

If the item has been shipped it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the return postage of the product back to DMB Car Seats Ltd. The return postage is non refundable.

The item must be received unopened, with all labels attached, box sealed and no damage for a full refund to be given.
